We will accept returned goods within a 60 day period. If you change your mind after receiving the item(s)...no problem, just send them back and for a full refund. The shoes do however have to be returned in an
unworn condition, in the original packaging with the labels attached. If there is a problem with the goods received we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of delivery. This includes incorrect items received,
missing items or faulty goods. We must be notified within 14 days if you have not received your item. Please note we will not accept returns with writing or stickers on the box. If items received are defaced/damaged then a £5.00 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund. You must ensure the parcel is returned in postal packaging even if the courier says they will provide packaging, returns labels on the actual box/bag will incur the re-packaging charge.
All Lelli Kelly Products must be returned with the free gift unused and in the packaging unopened, if the gift is not returned it will incur a deduction of £5.00
What happens if I don't like the item or they do not fit?
No problem. Just send the item back to us in the original condition and we will process a full refund.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. We therefore aim for a target time of them being processed the day the goods are received back. However, this may on occasion take up to 3 - 4 days to process,
especially at busy periods.

Do I have to pay for postage?
No we offer a free returns service within 60 days of receiving the item.
What if I believe my item has a fault?
Please contact us through Ebay with a few photos of the fault so we can advise the best course of action with potential faulty products before returning the item.
